Commercial Usage Policy
Usage rights for fully paid, completed Kadro videos.
Rights granted
After full payment, you may publish and promote the final videos for your brand across websites, organic social platforms, paid advertising, email, presentations, digital marketplaces, and other agreed commercial channels.
Sources and third-party materials
Kadro may use AI-generated, licensed, customer-provided, or otherwise permitted materials. Fonts, music, stock materials, and external software remain subject to their original licenses. Raw project files and unused concepts are not included unless agreed in writing.
Customer ownership
You retain ownership of your trademarks, product images, website content, and other materials you provide. By submitting them, you authorize Kadro to use them as reasonably necessary to produce and support your order.
What the service does not transfer
The service does not transfer ownership of Kadro tools, templates, workflows, software, or third-party licensed materials. Kadro grants you the right to use the fully paid final exports subject to these limits and any applicable third-party licenses.
Restrictions
You may not resell the delivered video as a standalone template or asset library, remove rights-management information, misrepresent third-party rights, or use the work in unlawful or misleading advertising.
