We may collect your name or brand name, work email, website URL, production goal, visual preferences, project notes, and Whop order reference. Kadro does not request payment-card details in its forms; Whop processes payment through its secure checkout.
How we use information
We use this information to assess the request, match payment, prepare scripts and production, deliver the purchased service, communicate about delivery and corrections, prevent abuse, and maintain required business records. Kadro does not sell personal information.
Service providers and storage
Netlify hosts the website and forms, while Whop processes payments and order data. We may use trusted production or storage tools where necessary to deliver the service. Each provider is governed by its own terms and privacy policy, and we share only the information reasonably required.
Retention and your choices
We retain information only as long as needed to deliver and support the service, maintain records, and meet legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion, subject to legal and operational requirements, through the contact form using your purchase email.
Cookies and analytics
The current Kadro website does not include Kadro-operated advertising trackers. Hosting and payment providers may use essential technologies needed to operate their services. If analytics or advertising tools are added, this policy and the consent experience will be updated before activation.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not send payment details, passwords, or other sensitive information in free-text fields.
