Refund Policy
How Kadro reviews refund requests for customized services.
Before work begins
A refund request may be reviewed before analysis, scripting, planning, scene generation, voiceover, or editing begins. Non-refundable third-party payment fees may be excluded where permitted by law.
Kadro Video Blueprint
Because the Blueprint is customized analysis for your brand, it is generally non-refundable after the audit begins or any portion is delivered. If work has not started, you may request review using the purchase email and order reference.
After custom production begins
In-progress or completed custom work is generally non-refundable after production begins. The included correction round is the primary method for addressing reasonable in-scope changes. A creative preference alone does not automatically qualify for a refund when the work follows the agreed brief and scope.
Installment orders
The installment version of Brand Drop 90 is a commitment of three monthly payments of $549, totaling $1,647. Stopping use or delaying customer materials does not automatically cancel remaining payments after work begins. Exceptional cases are reviewed against completed work and applicable consumer rights.
If Kadro cannot deliver
If Kadro cancels an order and cannot provide the purchased portion of the work, the undelivered portion will be refunded. Applicable statutory consumer rights remain in effect.
How to request review
Use the contact form at kadrovideo.store and include the purchase email, order reference, and reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned through Whop to the original payment method according to the payment provider's processing time.
