The terms governing Kadro Video Blueprint and custom video-production orders.
Orders and scope
The selected package, checkout description, onboarding answers, and any written production confirmation define the service scope. Work outside that scope requires separate agreement and pricing. The checkout description in effect at purchase is the primary order reference.
Kadro Video Blueprint
The Kadro Video Blueprint is a standalone $19 analysis service. It includes an offer audit, three video angles, a short proposed script direction, and a recommended execution style. It does not include a finished video and is not automatically credited toward production packages. The 48-hour timeline begins after payment is confirmed and a complete brief is received.
Production packages and installments
Starter Drop includes three videos for $549, Brand Drop 90 includes nine videos for $1,497 upfront, and Scale Drop includes fifteen videos across 90 days for $2,497. The Brand Drop 90 installment option consists of three committed monthly payments of $549, totaling $1,647, and billing stops automatically after the third payment.
Customer materials and claims
You confirm that you have the right to provide the websites, brand assets, product images, claims, and other materials included in the brief, and authorize Kadro to use them to complete the order. You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of submitted product claims, offers, prices, and content.
Production, corrections, and delivery
Kadro produces the number and approximate duration of videos listed in the package. Packages include one correction round as described, and feedback must be submitted as one consolidated set during the stated review period. Production timing begins after payment is confirmed and a complete brief and required materials are received, and may change if materials or approvals are delayed.
Payment and failed payments
Whop processes all payments. The three installment payments are one commitment for the Brand Drop 90 scope, not an open-ended subscription. Production or delivery may pause if a payment fails until it is resolved, subject to the refund policy and applicable consumer rights.
Acceptable use and results
The service may not be used for unlawful, misleading, rights-infringing, abusive, or discriminatory content. Kadro produces creative assets and does not guarantee advertising performance, sales, or a specific return because results depend on the offer, targeting, platform, market, and other factors outside Kadro's control.
